Mortars
The M-42 "Bunkerbuster" Motrar is a 52mm (2") mortar. Too small to fire water balloons, it can easily fire 40 paintballs 100 yards using a 2" X 6" sabot round and runs on CO2. It can be used as a fixed mortar or fired from the back/shoulder. I modifies the original design and incorperated a backpack/bipod frame and a built in tank holder. It's fun to use but a pain to carry through thick cover. Plus, it's only effective in open field unless used as a big shot gun. I'm exparimenting now with smaller grenades, like a G-4 Wet Willie, to be used in the mortar.

Future Designs
M-45 "Bunkerbomber" Mortar
The M-45 mortar is a 76mm (3") fixed position mortar that will be able to fire a Meteor Shower or Atomic Big Boy grenade or about 100 paintball per shot. It uses a 3" X 8" sabot round and will be powered by compressed air.
